Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Axis Rx website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and patients.

Axis Rx LLC ("Axis Rx," "we," "us") provides medical concierge coordination services that facilitate access to licensed physicians in Cancun, Mexico and Tijuana, Mexico for legal, prescription-based GLP-1 therapy (including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide).

Axis Rx acts as a coordination and logistics service. We do not practice medicine, issue prescriptions, or act as a healthcare provider. All medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed Mexican physicians.

A non-refundable $99 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is charged immediately upon checkout and confirms your reservation with our medical team.

• The remaining balance for your selected protocol is due at the time of treatment delivery
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Axis Rx cancels the appointment
• Optional add-ons (e.g., B12 shots, NAD+ infusions) added at checkout are charged as part of the deposit or at delivery, as specified
• All prices are in USD

To use Axis Rx services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically present in Cancun or Tijuana, Mexico at the time of treatment
• Provide accurate and complete medical history information
• Not have any contraindications to GLP-1 therapy as determined by the consulting physician

Axis Rx reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion, including if a physician determines treatment is medically inappropriate for you.

Axis Rx is a coordination and logistics platform. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are performed by independent licensed physicians in Mexico.

You are solely responsible for disclosing complete and accurate health information to the consulting physician. Axis Rx is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate disclosures.

Patients may legally carry prescribed medications into the United States under the FDA's personal importation policy, provided you carry a valid prescription and a letter from your prescribing physician. Axis Rx provides TSA-compliant documentation to facilitate this process. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable US Customs and TSA regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Rx LLC, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Adverse medical outcomes or reactions to treatment
• Treatment not being administered due to medical contraindication
• Travel disruptions or itinerary changes
• Delays caused by physician availability

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid Axis Rx for the relevant service.

All content on the Axis Rx website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the exclusive property of Axis Rx LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Axis Rx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
